Land Surveyor (Full-Time)

Carson Land Consultants is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team and lead our surveying department. In this role, you will utilize advanced surveying tools and techniques to gather precise data, create detailed project maps & reports, and support project planning and execution. Your expertise will ensure accurate land boundaries, topographical features, and infrastructure layouts, contributing to the successful completion of local projects.

Engineer-in-Training (Full-Time)

A successful applicant will have a degree in Civil Engineering, at least one year of experience and an understanding of / willingness to learn Civil 3D. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Land Planner

We are looking for an experienced Land Planner to lead local land development projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in land development and construction, be familiar with county ordinances, and have strong interpersonal skills. In addition, we are looking for someone who can create land use strategies, market projects, and engage with our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide the future of local development through smart planning, collaboration, and long‑term vision.
